3. Delivery and Receipt
⚠️ Please inspect the package upon delivery! If the outer packaging is damaged, refuse delivery and take photos for evidence.
⚠️ If you authorize someone else to sign, it is considered accepted. Any later issues must be proven with an unboxing video.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • 14-Day Worry-Free Return & Exchange: You can apply for a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

  • Condition Requirements:
    ✅ Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging (including all accessories and gifts).
    ✅ Order number or electronic invoice must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

❌ Customized items (engraved or specially configured products).
❌ Items damaged by human factors (water damage, drops, scratches, etc.).

 

3. Quality Issues

  • 30-Day Warranty: If performance faults occur, please contact customer service to apply for a return or exchange.

  • Inspection Requirement: Must provide an official authorized institution’s inspection report (proving no human damage).

  • Shipping Costs: If quality issue is confirmed, we will bear the return shipping cost.

  3. Return the product: Send back via DHL/UPS or other traceable logistics (keep tracking number).

  4. Refund processing: Refund will be made via the original payment method within 5 business days after receiving the returned goods.
